Q: I installed Visual dBASE 7.5, then uninstalled my older Visual dBASE 7.01 version. After that, the Project Manager no longer operated in version 7.5. I thought the two versions were supposed to coexist.
A: They do. However, during the uninstall process of the older version, the Project Manager component (and some other common components) were uninstalled, removing them from the 7.5 version as well. If you are going to uninstall the older version, do so before installing the newer version. In this situation, though, a simple reinstall of the 7.5 version is all that is required to fix the problem.
