Q: Why do I Keep getting trial version or license required message on ActiveX control even though licenses were purchased?
A: If ActiveX continues to
give a trial version or license required dialog, and you are sure that you have
a licensed ActiveX control, you should try activating the ActiveX control using
a loop so that it retries 15 to 20 times before failing.
Other customers have found that activating in this way usually gives Windows
or the ActiveX control enough time to respond to the license request.
