Project Explorer ini is 'read only'

Q: The dBASE Plus upgrade made my projexp.ini file 'read only'. How do I fix this?

A: Take the read only attributes off the projexp.ini file.

1 - Find the projexp.ini file
This file is usually located at:
C:\Program Files\dBASE\PLUS\BIN\dBLCore\ProjExp

2 - Right click projexp.ini

3 - uncheck the 'Read Only' option for this file.
