dExtract - Copy to File

Starting with dBASE Plus 9 a new code file extraction process called dExtract was included to allow for easy re-formatting of any file object.

with any file type you can 'Copy to File' to reformat it to many different file types, including ...

.htm

.html

.rtf

.pdf

.tex

.xml

as well as any dBASE file types.

This doesn't guarentee that any file that is converted will run as the new file type. But, it be formatted for the new file type specifications.

In order to implement this, with any file open in the Source Editor .. go to the menu item...  Edit | Copy to File.
