Images

With dBASE Plus we include a  large set of images.

These are installed to the C:\Users\Public\Documents\dBASE\Plus11\Media\Images folder.

There is a small set of images used in some samples in the initial Images folder.

Under this folder you will also see 'glyfx' and 'Textures'.

NOTE: dBASE creates  source aliases for these folders on startup called 'Images' and 'Textures'

You can use these images in any capacity you wish.

Textures are often used as background images of a form.

There are also many glyfx images that are usefull for form objects such as pushbuttons.

dBase, LLC has partnered with Glyfx to provide a rich set of visually stunning graphics that can be used to enhance the look of any dBASE application. Each Aero and XP folder under 'Glyfx' has a set of images That are similar but, with different color schemes between XP and Aero sets.

In each you will see folders that say : CE  LE or  SE

Each of these sets have the same images each just has a different set of sizes..

Complete Edition:

16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 256x256 px

Large Edition:

32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 256x256 px

Small Edition:

16x16, 24x24, 32x32 px

The 'Image Guide' under any of these directories will give you a good breakdown of these images.
