To run dBASE Plus you need the following:

HARDWARE

at least 128MB RAM

150 MB hard disk space

VGA or higher resolution (SVGA recommended)

NETWORKS

It runs on all Windows-compatible networks, including NT networks, Novell networks and peer-to-peer networks, such as Lantastic and Netbeui.

Note: To accommodate record locking in a Windows NT server environment, it is necessary to set the BDE's localShare parameter to "true". This setting can be accessed through the BDE Administrator by selecting Configuration/System/Init.
