Calculated Field dialog box

Create a calculated field.

Dialog box options

Name

Enter a name for the calculated field. This name will appear in the form, report, or label. The maximum length of the name is 32 characters.

Expression

Enter a valid expression to perform the calculation. The expression usually includes the name of at least one field in the table The value returned by this expression will appear next to the name.

How to get there: From the Labels wizard, step two, click the Calculated Field button.
