Database Administration dialog box

Set security passwords, group names, and user names for the current database, specified table types, or the dBASE Plus system. You can also create referential integrity rules for tables that support them.

Dialog box options

Current database

Displays the database (its BDE alias) currently selected in the Navigator Look In box.

Table type

Choose a table type. The table type determines whether security and referential integrity are available. dBASE tables support both.

Security

Access the Security setup dialog boxes. Click to display the Administrator Password dialog box (for DBF tables) or the Master Password dialog box (for DB tables).

Referential integrity

Click to display the Referential Integrity Rules dialog box, for those table types (such as DBF and DB) that support it.
