Report Designer Properties dialog box

This dialog box allows you to set various properties of the Report designer.

Dialog box options

Visual Aids

Show Grid Check to show grid lines.

Snap to Grid Check to make components align automatically to nearest vertical and horizontal grid lines.

Show Ruler Check to display the horizontal and vertical rulers.

Show StreamFrames Check to show outlines around the streamFrames in your report while in the designer. (A report has at least one streamFrame, which takes up the whole designable area of the report.)

Rowset Display

One Row Select to display only one row from the source table.

All Rows Select to display all source-table rows that will fit on the report page.

Invisible Controls

Display Check to display invisible controls in the designer, but not when the label report runs.

How to get there: From the Report designer, choose Properties|Report Designer.
