Set Up Custom Components dialog box

Use this dialog box to add or remove custom components from the Component palette.

If you have a choice of tabs, select the appropriate tab.

Add

Click Add to display the Choose Custom Component dialog box from which you can choose the custom component file (.CC extension) that contains your custom component. Click Open.

The path name to the file now appears in the Set Up Custom Components dialog box. Click OK. The custom components you have saved in your .CC file appear on the Custom page of the Component palette.

Note: You could also type the LOAD DLL and SET PROCEDURE commands in the Command window to load the components into memory before opening the Form or Report designer.

Delete

Click Delete to remove the selected file from the Component palette’s Custom page. This command does not delete the custom component file from your hard disk.
