Set the z-order (and thereby the tabbing order) of the components on the form design surface.

By default, the z-order is the same as the order in which you added components to the form. However, the order you want is usually different.

Components In Order

Specify the z-order of components on the form. The higher an item appears in the list, the lower it is in the z-order. Select a component and use the buttons to change its order. Or, drag an item to a new position in the list.

List By Name

Choose to view components in the list by their dBASE Plus name.

List By Value

Choose to display components in the list by their current values on the form.

By Row

Choose to set the z-order of the form by row, starting from the top left of the form.

By Column

Choose to set the z-order of the form by column, starting from the top left of the form.

Up

Choose to move a component higher in the list, and thereby lower in the z-order.

Down

Choose to move a component lower in the list, and thereby higher in the z-order.
