Wizard

Choose Wizard to have dBASE Plus create a new form. The Form Wizard creates a data-entry form to your specifications, based on one table or query. You can choose navigation, edit, and query functionality, and you can link the form to other reports or forms. Later you can modify the form in the Form designer or the Source editor.

Designer

Choose Designer to build the table yourself, from scratch, using dBASE Plus's Form designer.

Want to bypass this dialog box? To go straight to the Form designer (skipping the Form wizard) every time you want to design a form, choose Properties|Desktop Properties, and on the Application page, uncheck Form in the Prompt For Wizards panel.
