Report wizard, step seven

The Report wizard creates the report you specified.

Dialog box options

Run Report

Choose Run Form to see what your new report looks like in dBASE Plus. But first, the Save dialog box opens, asking you to name the report file. Unless you specify otherwise, the file is saved in the current directory and given an .RPT extension.

To modify the form after viewing it, click the Design button on the toolbar to open the Report designer..

Design Report

If you choose Design Report, you don't have to name or save the report file right away. You can continue working on it first. When you're ready to run the report, click the Run button on the toolbar.
