Table wizard, step one
Build a new table structure by selecting fields previously defined for other tables:
Choose a sample table structure from the Tables list. The wizard displays the fields from the selected table in the Available Fields list.
Choose a field you want to add to your new table structure. When you select a field, its type and width are displayed below the field list. Double-click the field or use the arrow buttons to add the selected field to the Selected list. To add all the fields in the sample table structure to your new table structure, click the >> button.
To add fields from more than one sample table to build the new table, select another table when you're finished with the first one. The fields you have already chosen remain in the Selected Fields list and you can add to them.
To rearrange the order of fields in the Selected Fields list, drag them up or down.
When you are satisfied with the fields and their order in the Selected Fields list, click Next.
